by the Communists or whether he merely believes that

Communist and Left Wing have the same meaning:

the distinction between right and left wings of the

Kuomintang was made by the Communists themselves.

A persal of their confidential documents will make

us sick for 3 days, and I will make a separate treaties

on this.

in the first re-organisation of the Kuomintang

in the 13th year, much speculation and apprehension

arose, and therefore our resident gave an explanation

in his reply to a letter of Mr. Tang Chak Yu. The

original reply has been electrotyped, and I now publish

it below with my notes, so that all may have a clear

conception of the objects of our President in respect

of the re-organisation.
